When you report a problem

Please include:

• Your browser and operating system.
• The PDF's page count and approximate file size, and whether it is password protected or contains a form.
• What you were trying to do and the steps that led to the problem.
• The exact text of any message shown by PDF Editor.

Don't send passwords, access tokens, private Drive links, or confidential PDFs. If a sample file would help, support will ask; you can then decide whether you want to share one.
